Bilingual Healthcare Outbound Call Center Agent

Location: Pompano Beach, FL – On-Site
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Outbound Call Center Agent to join our team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a strictly outbound calling position focused on contacting patients to schedule healthcare appointments.

The ideal candidate will have previous outbound call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to make a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach. Candidates should be comfortable working with performance goals, call volume expectations, and multiple computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to patients to schedule healthcare appointments.
• Contact patients consistently throughout the day using established calling lists and procedures.
• Communicate with patients professionally and courteously in English and Spanish .
• Schedule appointments based on patient and provider availability.
• Coordinate appointment times with clinical staff and scheduling teams.
• Make outbound follow-up calls as needed to complete or confirm appointment scheduling.
• Handle appointment rescheduling and cancellations during outbound patient interactions.
• Accurately document call outcomes, patient information, appointment details, and follow-up activities in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records after each patient interaction.
• Meet established daily call volume, productivity, quality, and performance goals.
• Manage multiple computer applications and systems while actively making calls.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all applicable company procedures for handling patient information.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience – Required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience – Required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or collections experience – Required.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls throughout the workday .
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, patient, and compassionate communication style.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to meet call volume and performance expectations.
• Ability to work independently while remaining productive in a structured call center environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

This is a strictly outbound call center position. The primary responsibility is making a high volume of outbound calls to patients throughout the workday. Candidates should be comfortable spending the majority of their shift on outbound calls and working toward established call and performance goals.
