We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to support daily customer interactions and front-office coordination in Rockford, Illinois. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing order-related requests, and keeping administrative tasks organized. In this role, you will communicate with customers by phone, guide them through product options using images, and ensure order and shipping documentation is completed accurately.

Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer calls and messages, providing timely support for questions, order updates, and service needs.
• Enter new orders and coordinate changes such as additions, reschedules, or cancellations while maintaining accurate records.
• Use vendor portals to submit routing requests and monitor order-related activity.
• Arrange replacement material orders, verify quantities and item accuracy, and send confirmations once requests are completed.
• Walk customers through available choices by reviewing product images and explaining relevant options clearly.
• Prepare and submit required paperwork, including shipping-related documents and service support records.
• Perform receptionist and administrative duties that help keep daily office operations organized and responsive.

• Experience in customer service and/or a front-desk/reception environment.

• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and make outbound calls when follow-up is needed.

• Working knowledge of order entry and order coordination processes.

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing materials, quantities, and documentation.

• Comfort using online portals, office systems, and general administrative tools.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced support setting.
