- Lead mechanical system design (HVAC, piping, ventilation)
- Translate client needs into practical, cost-effective solutions
- Support execution alongside project managers and field teams
- Drive quality, efficiency, and constructability
- Design and engineer HVAC, piping, and ventilation systems
- Develop drawings, specifications, and calculations
- Collaborate with project managers on budget and schedule alignment
- Interface with clients to present technical solutions
- Support installation and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with codes and standards
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization
- Strong background in mechanical engineering (HVAC/piping preferred)
- Experience in industrial or commercial environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced design-build setting
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Practical, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong collaboration required between engineering and project management
- Ideal candidates design with construction in mind
