Remote Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech & Security Roles

HII Mission Technologies seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full life-cycle recruiting for diverse technical and mission-support roles. This remote role is based in Fairfax, VA, coordinating with hiring managers to define needs and timelines while building robust talent pipelines.
You will source candidates via job boards, networks, and outreach, screen for qualifications and clearances, and drive candidates through the interview and preboarding process, using SuccessFactors and MS Office
