Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and coordinate services for students
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Organizational skills to maintain detailed records and documentation
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, oversee, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to facilitate student success
• Provide direct instruction and classroom support tailored to student needs
• Monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students and families navigating special education processes
