Business Analyst

Business AnalystConsolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Business Analyst to be part of a Scrum team. Together with a Product Owner and the team, the Business Analyst will drive user value to line-of-business applications as part of a continual digital transformation.Minimum Qualifications:5+ years in similar roleStrong understanding of Scrum framework3+ years' experience eliciting and writing user storiesProven ability to understand and create process flow diagrams, wireframes and other visual artifactsHistory of working in high-performing, self-organized and collaborative Scrum teamsUse of ALM and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jira, Rally, etc.Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the distribution business domainScrum certification (CSM, CSPO, CSP, or similar)Working Conditions:This job operates in a professional office environment and extensively uses computer equipment.
