Salesperson – Automotive Sales

Are you hungry, motivated, and ready to hustle? Sun Land Auto Group is looking for driven individuals to join our sales team. No prior car sales experience? No problem. We’ll train you on everything you need to know — all you need is the right attitude, confidence, and the drive to succeed.

This is a  commission-only position. If you’re competitive, outgoing, and motivated to chase opportunities, the earning potential is huge. The harder you work, the more you make — it’s that simple.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with their vehicle needs
• Learn how to present and sell cars with confidence
• Use dealership CRM software to manage leads and follow up with customers
• Learn how to complete deal paperwork and financing steps
• Negotiate and close deals while providing outstanding customer service
• Build lasting customer relationships and help grow the dealership
• Maintain aprofessional attitude and appearance in all interactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience preferred (car sales, retail, phone sales, etc.) but not required
• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Spanish bilingual is a big plus
• Self-motivated with a “go-getter” attitude
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Comfortable using technology and navigating CRM systems
• Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented
