Assistant Director of Nursing ADON

St. Martha Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is a 120-bed facility that provides a warm and caring environment for short-term rehab patients, and long- term residents including memory care. Our team of seasoned staff work together to offer excellent service and care to each resident.

The Assistant Director of Nursing ADON provides effective and efficient nursing care while achieving positive clinical results and resident/family satisfaction. The Assistant Director of Nursing ADON complies with the policies of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act and delegates responsibilities in resident care to LPNs and CNAs consistent with their capacity of practice.

Assistant Director of Nursing ADON Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing Service with planning, organizing and directing the nursing department to ensure the delivery of high quality, efficient nursing care

• Schedule nursing staff to assure compliance with regulatory guidelines and operating budget

• Assist with staff education

• Audit medical records to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and facility protocols

Assistant Director of Nursing ADON Required:

• Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania with a license in good standing

• Strong computer skills, including ability to make forms, presentations, and work within Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Nurse Management: 1 year (Preferred)
