Production Assembler- Pay up to $20/hr- IN.

Location: Noblesville, IN

Pay: $20/hr

Shift: 1st- 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

• Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and assembly drawings.
• Use tools such as ratchets, torque guns, and putty knives.
• Inspect assembled components for quality and accuracy.
• Follow assembly procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles.
• Support team production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience with mechanical assembly or production assembly.
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to use pneumatic tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Mechanical assembly experience.
• Electrical assembly experience.
• Mechanic or manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, IN 46060.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
