Resident Care Aides (RCAs) or Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) Shifts available: Full Time- Day shift (6a-2p) Part Time- Day Shift (6a-2p), Evening Shift (2p-10p) Casual Hire - Evening Shift (2p-10p) Rotating weekends for each status Pay $17.50 per hour Our team is looking for passionate, responsible, and caring Resident Care Aides (RCA) or Certified Nurse Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong verbal, written, and organizational skills and will share in our core values. Responsibilities include providing direct resident care such as daily bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, incontinence/peri-care, and providing redirection to promote independence; obtaining accurate vital signs and reporting changes in resident health status and documenting as appropriate; assisting or accompanying residents for appointments if assigned; and reporting concerns regarding residents to the Director of Nursing, Administrator, or Charge Nurse on shift.
