Production Attendance Bonus – Earn Up to $1,000 This Holiday Season!Eligible employees can earn a Production Attendance Bonus of up to $1,000 , with the program running from October 1 through December 18, 2026 , and the bonus paid on December 18, 2026 . Employees must be actively employed on October 1 and remain employed through the payout date while meeting all applicable attendance requirements. Employees hired during October may be eligible for a prorated bonus of $600–$1,000 , based on their hire date. Employees hired after October 31, 2026, are not eligible. All bonuses are subject to applicable program eligibility requirements and attendance policies.

Job Summary:
Manually prepare and package products by performing various tasks within various departments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manually prepare, package, inspect, and organize products in a production environment. Duties include preparing materials and pallets, handling and cleaning products, operating basic packaging equipment and conveyors, inspecting products for quality, labeling and dating boxes, counting and packing finished products, maintaining clean work areas, and following safety and quality procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to read simple words and recognize similarities/differences in words and numbers.
• Ability to write and speak simple sentences.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide with two-digit numbers and multiples of 10 and 100.
• Ability to apply common sense to follow simple one- or two-step instructions and handle routine situations.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, reach, talk, and hear.
• Frequently walk and use hands to  handle or feel objects.
• Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must regularly lift/move 10-25 pounds, frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds.
• Requires close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.

Work Environment

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts regularly.
• Frequent exposure to wet/humid  conditions.
• Occasional exposure to high places, fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, extreme temperatures, and vibration.
• Work environment noise level is usually loud.
