[About the Role]
Join a dynamic finance team in a hybrid role based at the Eastpoint Admin Building (3 days on-site per week). As an Accountant I, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate asset accounting records and supporting monthly close activities. [Responsibilities]

- Prepare timely and accurate account reconciliations to support the monthly close process.
- Assist with unitization of assets as assigned.
- Provide support for accounting calculations, data requests, and other ad hoc analyses.
- Help prepare supporting schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting.
- Utilize company financial systems to analyze accounting activity and generate detailed reports.

[Required Skills and Experience]

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience performing account reconciliations.
- Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools.
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

[Preferred Skills]

- Experience preparing journal entries.
- Exposure to asset accounting or unitization tasks.
- Comfort working with large data sets.
