Tailos Sales Representative

Tailos is at the forefront of redefining the landscape of commercial cleaning by harnessing the prowess of robotics and groundbreaking automation. Rosie, our flagship industrial housekeeping robot, epitomizes this transformation by tackling tedious, grimy, and hazardous tasks. As demand soars, Tailos, with its pioneering edge, has forged alliances with some of the titans in hospitality & commercial cleaning sectors. Initiated in Austin, our footprint now extends to Houston, Dallas, and Denver. Beyond our significant inroads into the hospitality domain, our focus is also on refining and augmenting our diverse software suite, from intuitive customer applications to cutting-edge electronics. Our Austin HQ is a hive of innovation, with 3D printers, laser cutters, canine companions, and a burgeoning fleet of robots.

You are a highly driven and motivated individual with the desire to build strong partnerships with prospective clients, deliver solutions to hospitality, commercial cleaning and other industries, and convert leads into closed deals. People describe you as the most persistent person they've ever met and you do everything it takes to close deals and generate revenue while building and maintaining strong relationships. You will work closely with the business operations team to secure partnerships in the commercial cleaning industry and directly scale Tailos' revenue and market potential. This is a hands-on position that requires an independent, detail-oriented individual who has experience in leading new product sales. This position also requires strong sales skills, enthusiasm for cleaning and robotics, and the desire to build a world class high performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Closes deals with B2B clients and hits or exceeds quota
  • Work leads through the entire sales cycle - qualifies, conducts discovery calls, demos, and any other steps necessary to close deals with new or existing clients
  • Manage all revenue generation activities of the business to drive topline growth and profitability
  • Interface and build relationships with key customer leadership, middle level management, and individual stakeholders to assess opportunity and growth potential within current portfolios.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies, planning, and forecasting while driving key performance metrics necessary to drive optimum sales performance.
  • Hands-on sales responsibilities including attending events and conferences
  • Any other tasks that drive revenue and profitability growth
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience across direct, indirect, and partner channels
  • Excellence in value-driven enterprise SaaS sales in specialized industry verticals. 5+ years of quota and revenue accountability.
  • Demonstrated success in planning growth in new segments, industry verticals and geographies.
  • Ability to define customer value in new markets and execute the sales strategy to go from zero to hundreds of relationship sales.
  • Excellence in creating annual revenue plans that are grounded in predictable quarterly targets, actionable account plans, and realistic pipeline conversion.
  • Have held accountability for $10M plus annual quota.
  • Skilled at driving execution with finance, engineering, operations and marketing teams with CRM and Marketing. Run sales demos onsite and offsite.
