Business Analyst

Job Summary Analyze transactional and operational data, develop clear reports and dashboards, and translate findings into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Extract raw transactional data from relational databases using intermediate SQL queries. Import large query outputs into Microsoft Excel for detailed analysis. Summarize complex operational metrics using Excel PivotTables and Power Query. Design clear charts and dashboards to highlight historical performance trends. Translate data into actionable insights through concise reporting. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Intermediate SQL skills. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and PivotTables. Experience using DBeaver or Oracle SQL Developer. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly. Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends. Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization capabilities. Ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Candidates without SQL and Microsoft Excel experience may not be considered.
