Automotive Service Advisor
Anderson Auto Group of Grand Island, NE is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced shop at our Ford and future Kia location. Anderson Auto Group consists of eight retail locations in Nebraska and Missouri.

Responsibilities of Service Advisors:
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Requirements:
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a plus but will train the right individual
- Above average energy level
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
As part of our application process, all applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be authorized to work in the U.S. A valid driver's license is also required. Anderson Auto Group is EEOC compliant.
