Event Operations Associate

We are hiring an Event Operations Associate to help with the setup, coordination, and day-to-day execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities.

This is an entry-level, hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team. Previous event, sales, or marketing experience is not required. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with setting up and running promotional events
• Represent our clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Interact directly with customers and event attendees
• Answer basic questions and provide information
• Assist with event materials, displays, and supplies
• Help keep event areas organized and professional
• Work with the team to meet daily and weekly goals
• Follow company training and event procedures
• Help create a positive experience for customers and attendees
