San Diego Sales Manager

Based in Los Angeles, we are proud to be the largest US home for Eastern European brands, bringing a curated, high-quality portfolio to the market. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are expanding our footprint and seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the San Diego and surrounding territories. If you have a proven track record in alcohol sales, a deep understanding of the local market, and a passion for unique, high-quality products, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue, distribution, and brand growth objectives Identify and pursue new market opportunities, key accounts, and retail placements across all channels Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, buyers, key retailers and partners Drive execution of merchandising standards, including shelf placement, pricing, displays, point-of-sale materials, and promotional programs Conduct regular market visits, ride-alongs, store checks, and account reviews to ensure brand visibility and execution excellence Plan and support tastings, promotions, events, and brand activations to increase awareness and trial Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address account inquiries, issues, and concerns Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol regulations and company policies Requirements Proven experience in sales and merchandising Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends Strong negotiation and communication skills Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Experience in account management and building long-term customer relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr Wine Industry Expo
