Your Role As a Master Data Management (MDM) Solutions Architect in our dynamic AI & Data team, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for our global clients. Key Responsibilities Define and design comprehensive end-to-end MDM architectures across hybrid and cloud landscapes, focusing on ingestion, mastering, governance, and consumption layers. Lead data model designs for key domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, Reference, and HCP/HCO. Develop and implement effective match, merge, survivorship, hierarchy, and reference data strategies. Establish MDM integration patterns (Including API-led, event-driven, batch, and iPaaS) in conjunction with ERP, CRM, and downstream analytics systems. Hands-On Leadership Configure and design solutions on leading MDM SaaS platforms, including Reltio and SAP MDG. Manage and guide MDM migrations from on-prem to SaaS, as well as from legacy systems to modern MDM. Oversee performance tuning, data quality optimization, and stabilization of production environments. Engagement Leadership Serve as the MDM Solution/Technical Lead on medium to large-scale engagements. Translate business objectives into scalable MDM solution designs. Drive the creation and ownership of essential delivery artifacts like architecture diagrams and governance models. Mentor small to mid-sized cross-functional teams to support effective delivery. Strategic Contributions Engage in RFPs, estimations, and proposal creation to drive business growth. Advise clients on MDM platform selections and modernization strategies. Foster innovative thinking in AI-enabled MDM, data quality, and scalability solutions. Qualified Candidates Will Have A minimum of 8 years of experience in data integration, data management, or analytics. At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Reltio, SAP MDG, or Informatica IDMC/MDM SaaS. A proven record of integrating third‑party healthcare data into enterprise platforms. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience is required. Preferred Skills Comprehensive understanding of master data domains, MDM workflows, and data integration patterns. Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, with experience leading global teams. A consultative mindset capable of proposing solutions in challenging environments. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced analytics or AI/ML applications. Familiarity with large‑scale data transformations and MDM program implementations.
