Community Resource Coordinator 22.50 per Hour Independent Supported Living Assistance

Position Overview Do you have the heart for empowering others? We are looking for a Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) – Full Time. The role pays $22.50 per hour. Compensation and Benefits Paid Time Off Paid Weekly 401K & Roth IRA at 4% Employer Match Tuition Reimbursement for any degree/certification Wellness Program Reimbursement (Gym membership, Weight Watchers, etc.) Affordable Health/Dental/Vision 9 Paid Holidays Plus 2 Floating Holidays Mileage Reimbursement at 72.5 cents per mile Schedule and Duties CRCs support individuals who live on their own or with natural supports, with up to 8 clients assigned. A typical schedule may include 8am‑10am services, travel to a second client at 10:30am, etc. The CRC may see 1‑5 clients daily, provide services one‑to‑three evenings a week depending on need, and complete 32 hours of client services and 8 hours of administrative time each week. Qualifications At least 18 years of age Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; preference for a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services At least one year of experience in a human service-related field Reliability, compassion, patience, and a positive role model Good communication skills Flexibility in hours, including driving to client homes in the area during day and evening hours Excellent time management and organizational skills Knowledge of community resources in St. Charles Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation; mileage is reimbursed at $0.725 per mile Core Responsibilities Monitor all aspects of home management and community participation of the individuals supported Provide physical and verbal guidance as requested to ensure a highest quality of life Ensure optimal community inclusion, develop and nurture friendships, and support individuals in living a life expressive of their own interests and choices Assist clients with finances, health, residence, transportation, nutrition, socialization, and employment Location Clients’ homes located throughout St. Charles County Main office in St. Charles, MO Equal Opportunity Employer Willows Way, Inc. is an at-will equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Willows Way
