We are partnering with a growing, multi-location organization in the Irving area seeking a Senior Accountant to join its corporate accounting team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a hybrid schedule after the initial training period.

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting and supporting accounting across multiple operating locations. This position will also partner with operations to research and resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries and support month-end close
• Complete detailed balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Perform income statement and balance sheet variance analysis
• Research and resolve reconciling items across multiple locations
• Support fixed asset accounting and related schedules
• Assist with financial reporting and process improvements
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Maintain accurate supporting documentation and ensure GAAP compliance
• Partner cross-functionally with operations to resolve accounting discrepancies
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve accounting workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation experience
• Experience working within a multi-entity or multi-location environment
• ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Fixed asset experience is a plus
• Experience supporting audits and financial reporting
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Initial onsite training period with hybrid flexibility thereafter
• Monday-Friday, approximately 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (Some flexibility)

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
