Project Manager

A consumer health and wellness brand is seeking two experienced Project Managers to lead cross-functional initiatives across operations, sales, and marketing. This is a business and commercial project management role, not an IT project management role, so candidates do not need a technical or IT background. Both positions are contract-to-hire, with conversion based on performance and business need. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives spanning operations, sales, and marketing functions Manage product launches and new product introduction (NPI) projects from concept through go-to-market Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations Coordinate cross-functional teams across commercial functions to deliver on scope, on time, and within budget Support campaign and go-to-market execution in partnership with sales and marketing stakeholders Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate Track project performance against defined metrics and provide regular status reporting Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications Apply established project management methodologies and best practices across the full project lifecycle Qualifications Active PMP certification 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager Demonstrated experience managing projects across operational, sales, and marketing functions Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Preferred Qualifications New product introduction (NPI) or product launch experience Background in consumer products, CPG, DTC e-commerce, or a direct-selling environment #J-18808-Ljbffr HireRising
