About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations and Transformation to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and operational excellence. This enterprise-level operator will be responsible for the performance, standardization, and continuous improvement of field operations and specialty service lines across all markets. The successful candidate will own the enterprise operating model, support P&Ls, and drive revenue growth and margin targets. A key aspect of the role is leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The VP will also be involved in strategic planning, and change leadership, and will be the senior technical authority on operational and service delivery standards. Applicants must have a background in field services, with a focus on distributed, seasonal, or direct-to-consumer business models. The role requires a proven track record in leading large-scale initiatives, strong operational and financial acumen, and the ability to influence and drive execution in a decentralized organization. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree and experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a bias for action, a strong execution mindset, and the ability to balance strategy with real-world execution while maintaining strong relationships with both corporate and field leaders.
