Lead Test Systems Engineer

All qualified candidates will be responded to in 24 hours or less. An active Secret clearance is required prior to start date. Onsite in Tucson, AZ. Employment type: Full Time w-2 or Contract. Rate: open to Negotiation. Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holidays. Lead Test Systems Engineer Communicate regularly with the program Integrated Product Team Leader (IPTL). Responsible for the Technical Execution of the program. Work directly with the Program Manager/IPTL to establish and complete program milestones. Lead a multi-disciplinary team in an engineering environment. Develop and participate in presentations for gate reviews. Attend Failure Review Boards (FRBs) when required. Attend Change Control Boards (CCBs) and approve system changes. Report status metrics for your team to stakeholders. Define program requirements in a multi-disciplinary team. As the lead, you will be expected to provide training, understand the scope, cost and schedule of the Program and define/delegate tasking for your team. Travel up to 20% to support development and/or delivery of our test environment equipment. Qualifications Typically requires a Bachelor\'s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years’ prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree and 8 years of experience. Experience with the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environments.
