Change Management Manager

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Change Management Manager to support a large-scale organizational transformation initiative. This role is responsible for leading the people side of change to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, roles, systems, and ways of working across the organization. The Change Management Lead will develop and execute comprehensive change strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, leadership engagement, effective communication, and sustainable user adoption. The ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation efforts and can translate complex project initiatives into clear, actionable plans that help leaders and employees successfully navigate change. This role partners closely with project teams, organizational development, human resources, communications, training, subject matter experts, and business leaders to ensure employees understand the purpose of the change, its impact, and the actions required for successful adoption. Key Responsibilities Lead change management activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning and implementation through sustainment. Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project objectives, timelines, and business priorities. Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to identify affected groups, risks, and support requirements. Create and implement organizational readiness, adoption, and reinforcement plans. Partner with project leadership, HR, organizational development teams, and business stakeholders to align on change objectives, sponsorship, and decision-making. Design and deliver communication strategies tailored to leaders, managers, employees, and other key stakeholder groups. Develop leadership engagement plans and provide tools, messaging, FAQs, and resources to support effective change leadership. Identify resistance points, adoption risks, and organizational barriers, and develop mitigation strategies. Establish feedback mechanisms to gather input from employees and leaders throughout the change process. Monitor adoption metrics, stakeholder engagement, and readiness indicators, making adjustments as needed. Provide regular updates to leadership regarding project progress, risks, adoption status, and change readiness. Support long-term sustainment efforts to reinforce new behaviors, processes, and accountability following implementation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Seven or more years of experience leading change management initiatives, organizational transformations, or large-scale business, process, or technology implementations. Demonstrated success developing and executing change strategies within complex, cross-functional organizations. Experience conducting stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications planning, organizational readiness activities, and adoption measurement. Strong facilitation, consulting, coaching, and influencing skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with executives, managers, subject matter experts, and frontline employees. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
