Shift: Full-time, 36 hours/week patient contact, with 4 admin hours

Hours/Week: 36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours

Employment Type: Full-time, W-2

License/Certs: Michigan medical license; Board Certification required (not open to lapsed certs)

Experience: Open to 2026 and 2027 graduates; prior outpatient experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (classified as salaried position)

Salary Range: $235,000 - $265,000 annually

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and family medicine patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct preventative care visits, wellness exams, and follow-up appointments
• Develop and implement long-term treatment plans in collaboration with patients and specialists
• Document accurately and timely using EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned
• Support patient education and continuity of care initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• State medical license in Michigan
• Board Certification (must not be lapsed)
• Ability to provide outpatient primary care services
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care

Preferred:

• Recent graduation in 2026 or 2027
• Outpatient clinic experience
