Lead Our Winning Sales BDC Team at BMW/MINI of South Miami!
Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for developing people and driving performance? Our dealership in Kendall, FL is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to oversee our Sales BDC operations.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and coach a team of BDC representatives to achieve appointment, sales, and customer satisfaction goals
- Oversee inbound and outbound call performance, internet leads, and CRM follow-up processes
- Develop effective phone scripts, lead management strategies, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and appointments
- Monitor daily activities, reporting, and results to ensure consistent productivity
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members to maintain a high-performing department
- Earning Potential: $100k – $200k+ annually (base salary plus bonuses)
- Experience Required: Prior BDC or call center management experience in the automotive industry preferred

- Proven track record of leading a successful BDC or sales team
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
