Pay: $20/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30AM -4:00PM

Occasionally support 3rd shift activities (3-5 times per year)

This position is ONSITE in Haw River, NC must be able to commute to Haw River, NC

What’s a typical day as a Human Resource Assistant? You’ll be:
• Maintaining HR records in accordance with company policies and assisting with data entry, reporting, and HR system updates.
• Serving as a point of contact for associate questions and HR-related inquiries, providing outstanding customer service.
• Supporting onboarding activities for new associates and coordinating employee engagement initiatives and company events.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED (an Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred).
• Have 2-3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
