Location: Occupational Health, Dover

Status: Full Time 80 Hours per pay period

Shift: Variable

SALARY RANGE: 25.09 + BOE, HOURLY

General Summary:

Responsible for the integration of Occupational Health companies into the Occupational Health service line. Responsible for the ongoing operation/teaching of Occupational Health's computer system to all Occupational Health locations. Responsible for the MRO assistant functions. Responsible for the integration of all HealthWorks services and communication with companies.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for training and staffing needs of all technicians and Occupational Health Drug Screen Collectors. 2. In conjunction with the Medical Director, ensures positive drug screen reports are reviewed and reported according to Federal DOT guidelines. 3. Ensures all staff members are BAT and drug screen trained and stay current with all new education. 4. Responsible for creation and implementation of Drug Screen policy and procedures for all Occupational Health sites. 5. Responsible for Occupational health drug screen consortium. 6. Responsible for coordinating and performing onsite testing for Occupational Health. 7. Ensures that all onsite testing and drug screen results are reported to the patients/companies in a timely manner. 8. Assists with marketing of Occupational Health services within the community. 9. All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities

Required Education, Credential(s) and Experience:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Credential(s): None.
• Experience: 1 year previous computer experience; medical terminology experience, and/or medical billing, registration or collection experience. Proficient in policy/procedure creation and implementation.

Preferred Education, Credential(s) and Experience:

• Education: Associate Degree; Computer Science, Health Care, Related field.
• Credential(s): Certified Professional Collector Trainer.
• Experience: 3 years computer experience with management experience.
