AP Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing manufacturer in Indianapolis seeking an AP Staff Accountant. This is a hands-on role within a lean, collaborative accounting team supporting AP, AR, expense reporting, reconciliations, and some general ledger activity.

This role is idealfor someone who enjoys variety, wants broad exposure across multiple accounting functions with a big focus on AP, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with increasing transaction volume with room for growth to management level.

Responsibilities:

• Own expense reporting process and related reconciliations
• Support intercompany A/R, A/P, and payment coordination
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
• Process reimbursements and expense-related activity
• Maintain and set up vendor records
• Assist with audit support and documentation requests
• Support distributor reporting and reconciliations
• Handle daily AP/AR and general accounting tasks
• Assist with AP/PO cleanup and transaction review
• Provide backup coverage across AP and AR
• Prepare journal entries and support GL activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
  • Accounting or finance degree preferred
• 4+ years of AP focused accounting experience
• ERP and T&E software experience required

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
