Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 + Benefits
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support proposal development, business development tracking, and marketing operations within a professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting and enjoys managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor bid opportunities and coordinate proposal activities
- Format, edit, and proofread proposal documents
- Maintain marketing materials, reference documents, and databases
- Track industry events, certifications, and key deadlines
- Manage CRM data and reporting
- Support business development and marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of marketing, proposal coordination, or related experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
- Excellent organization, proofreading, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently
Preferred
- Experience with proposals, RFQs/RFPs, or public-sector procurement processes
- Experience with CRM systems
- Background in architecture, engineering, construction, or other professional services industries
