About the Team As part of the Enterprise Services Risk Product Team, you’ll be able to: Manage feature development across a platform that will help transform Risk Management with technology Work as the Product Manager for a high performing Tech team Work closely with Product, Tech, Design, and users to identify, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements and new features Have access to Product and Tech teams with a passion for innovation and improving the user experience You should consider this role if you’re someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working with a variety of teams and risk advisors across the enterprise. In this role you’ll need to manage multiple deliverables at the same time while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and clear communication. McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
