Your Mission

• Conduct evaluations for patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric age groups utilizing both standardized assessments and observational methods.
• Create tailored treatment strategies addressing immediate objectives as well as long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements.
• Deliver individualized speech therapy focused on language, communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
• Partner with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and family members to build cohesive care plans.
• Provide family and patient education to foster progress beyond clinic visits.
• Participate in occasional inpatient assessments and interventions ensuring sustained care along the treatment pathway.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date documentation compliant with state, federal, and organizational standards.
• Stay informed of developments in the field through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not already ASHA certified.

Required Certifications

• State licensure as a Speech Language Therapist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within 30 days of employment.
