Implementation Specialist
GE HealthCare
GE HealthCare seeks an Implementation Specialist to install, configure, and customize patient care infrastructure systems for clients nationwide. The role involves technical deployment, customer collaboration, and ongoing support with significant travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Install, monitor, and customize client systems for patient monitoring and networking equipment
- Assess and remediate existing infrastructure to support new solution deployments
- Collaborate with sales, project managers, IT, and biomedical teams on implementations
- Maintain customer relationships, documentation, and administrative records
- Mentor field engineers and provide training on equipment operation and diagnostics
Requirements
- Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years installing and configuring network equipment
- 1+ year demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience remediating enterprise networking infrastructure
- Knowledge of disaster recovery procedures and cybersecurity best practices
- Understanding of cybersecurity vulnerabilities
- CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or CCWA certification preferred
