Senior Accountant

A well-established global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing team. This role will play a key part in supporting month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, consolidations, and financial analysis while partnering closely with the Assistant Controller and broader Finance team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to continue growing their accounting career. Schedule Full-time onsite Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) Responsibilities Manage General Ledger activities and support the month-end close process Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments Perform account reconciliations and analyze assigned General Ledger accounts Support preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements Manage fixed asset accounting, including acquisitions, depreciation, disposals, and roll-forwards across multiple locations Support year-end audit preparation and provide required financial documentation Perform financial statement analysis and identify trends or variances Assist with accounting research and process improvement initiatives Prepare ad hoc reporting and financial analysis as needed Partner cross-functionally with Finance and operational teams to improve accounting processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience Hands-on experience with OneStream accounting software required Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with: GL accounting, month-end close, journal entries, fixed assets, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, consolidations of financial statements (preferred) Manufacturing industry experience preferred Public accounting experience and/or CPA is a plus Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial reporting systems Why Join Opportunity to join a long-standing global manufacturing organization Collaborative Finance team with strong leadership support Exposure to complex accounting, reporting, and consolidation processes Career growth opportunities and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
