Asurion is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Representative to handle inbound wireless insurance claims from a home-based position in New Brunswick. You will answer calls, guide customers through claims, resolve issues on the first contact, and promote our In-Home warranty services on every call. Two weeks of vacation, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and a flexible shift-bid schedule are offered.
