CNC Field Service Engineer

As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll support clients across a locally defined territory which will be focused on the Southern Ohio Market. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge technology while partnering with a diverse client base—all within an organization that truly backs its service technicians.

Responsibilities:

What makes this role interesting, is that you have the opportunity to be in different facilities with different projects and challenges each day. There is some travel required, however we expected to be in the local area with minimal nights away during the week; no weekends.

Essential Duties include:

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing, of CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. With this experience we're looking for developed repair skills, focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
