Key Responsibilities Manage tax compliance and planning work for individual, business, and entity clients Review tax returns and provide guidance to senior and staff-level team members Serve as a client-facing advisor on tax, accounting, and planning issues Help clients resolve practical bookkeeping/accounting issues that affect tax outcomes Coordinate with assurance staff and other team members on overlapping client needs Support clients across industries, with construction-industry experience considered a plus Ideal Background Experienced public accounting tax professional with manager-level capability Strong individual and business tax review experience Smaller CPA firm, bookkeeping, or hands-on business accounting exposure are preferred Ability to manage client relationships and mentor/review staff CPA strongly preferred Compensation plus pay for additional hours. Total Comp: $130,000 to $150,000 Employees work 35hr weeks in the offseason which equates to a lower annual salary and more time off during the offseason. #J-18808-Ljbffr
