Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to provide excellent phone-based customer support and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are strong communicators and enjoy helping customers resolve inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Assist customers with questions, requests, and routine concerns. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Follow company guidelines and service quality standards. Build positive customer relationships through effective communication. Support customer satisfaction and retention goals. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality. Participate in training and ongoing development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Positive and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team.
