Miami, FL or Remote – Eastern Time Full-time $80k – $100k + commission About This Role We're looking for an Account Executive to lead relationships with our most important clients. You'll translate growth goals into actionable roadmaps and keep creative, media, and product teams aligned.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building lasting partnerships and delivering measurable results. What You'll Do Own quarterly business reviews, forecasts, and campaign roadmaps. Present performance insights and opportunities in a clear, compelling narrative. Build renewal strategies and identify upsell opportunities rooted in client goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact delivery. What You'll Bring 4+ years in agency account management or SaaS customer success. Proven record leading enterprise relationships with $500k+ annual spend. Strong analytics fluency—comfortable interpreting dashboards and turning them into action. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience in home services or legal marketing.
