Patient Care Coordinator
Neurocare, a leader in the healthcare field, is currently seeking a dependable, enthusiastic and professional Full-Time tech to join our team and work at our Newton, MA location. No experience necessary and get paid to train! This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our expanding team for a rewarding career in healthcare!
This is a daytime position.
About the Position:
The Patient Care Coordinator serves as a key member of the department, responsible for high-quality patient education and instruction in the use of Home Sleep Testing (HST) devices.
Primary duties consist of:
- Educate patients on proper use of the HST device
- Upload data from device
- Prepare devices for testing Document all devices and patient interactions in the medical record Support ongoing quality assurance initiatives
- Inventory and track HST devices and associated supplies
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in customer service role
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
Required skills and attributes:
- Superior verbal and written communication
- Strong computer skills required
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
