Machine Operator (1st Shift) Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$16.40 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00am )

Operate CNC machining and production equipment
Perform machine setups, tool changes, and basic adjustments
Load programs and work-holding devices as directed
Conduct part inspections using measuring equipment
Read blueprints and follow production specifications
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with equipment maintenance
Maintain production, quality, and safety standards
Complete required production and maintenance documentation
Keep work areas clean and organized

Machine Operator (1st Shift) Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
CNC or Swiss lathe experience is a plus
Ability to use measuring tools and read blueprints
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
Ability to work overtime as needed
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
