What you'll do Step into an established client portfolio as a Tax Partner, working with sophisticated family offices, closely held businesses, partnerships, S corps and high net worth individuals. Engage in highly consultative work with a focus on planning, strategy and long-term client relationships rather than just processing returns. Collaborate with a collaborative leadership team and participate in succession planning, with opportunities to continue growing your own portfolio within an ambitious, well-respected firm. Culture and expectations Most weeks outside of busy season are around 40 hours with flexibility to manage your own schedule. Hybrid working is available and, at this level, you’ll enjoy unlimited PTO. The firm emphasizes balance between client service and personal life.
