Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Auburn Mental and Behavioral Healthcare, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and collaborating with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate best practices.

• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions tailored to meet individual client preferences and requirements.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring the highest level of care.

• Engaging in regular consultations with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and other mental health specialists, to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.

• Participating in peer review meetings and case consultations to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care and promote ongoing professional development.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources to enhance their understanding of mental health issues.

• Staying current with the latest research and advancements in mental health to inform your clinical practice and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. You will address their needs through tailored therapeutic approaches that empower clients and families alike.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
