As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $108,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 1 year of experience in program or project management. Preferred Qualifications 4 years of experience in program management with a track record of fostering operational excellence. 3 years of experience developing analytical frameworks to underpin decision‑making processes. Experience executing on projects and programs involving cross‑functional stakeholders. Ability to function effectively both independently and within a team environment. Proficient in program management methodologies, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Responsibilities Own the internal reporting and business analytics/intelligence for operational programs. Support the development and maintenance of the internal communication hubs for the organization. Perform review of documents uploaded in the drive to ensure compliance, assisting in drafting and maintaining the document intake and maintenance guide. Prepare for the annual audit by checking a sample of data centers for completeness and adherence to naming standard. Help coordinate mandatory training materials. Manage “need-to-know” access requests and ensure security protocols are followed. Support the administration of the change management program.
