Mortgage Processor Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 43,680.00 to $ 52,000.00 / annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Coordinate and manage all phases of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities to ensure accurate and timely file completion.
• Prepare, review, and process closing documents, title commitments, legal documents, recordings, and other transaction-related paperwork while maintaining compliance with company and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth closings and provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
• Maintain accurate records, manage high-volume files, perform document research, and utilize title software and office applications to support efficient workflow in a fast-paced closing environment.

Mortgage Processor Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of experience with all phases of mortgage processing
• High School Diploma or GED
