Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Basic computer skills with the ability to leverage technology to support clinical processes
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and collaborative skills
• Ability to remain composed, decisive, and respectful in emergency situations
• Effective time management and critical thinking abilities
• Experience with direct patient care is preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a high-acuity ICU setting
• Certification in additional specialties or advanced life support areas
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN), Nursing Diploma, or Bachelor of Nursing Degree (BSN)
• Previous ICU nursing experience highly preferred

Other Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia or Multi-state Compact license (RN-COAAP)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire; willingness to obtain if not already certified
• Willingness to work night shift hours (6:45 pm 7:15 am) starting after 4/25/26
• Certification packet must note willingness to obtain additional certifications if needed

Competitive pay at $46.90/hour, with an hourly bill rate of $70, plus comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick time, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral program.
