Associate Project Manager

Position: Associate Project Manager O.C.Tanner is a global leader in software and services that improve workplace culture through employee recognition and related experiences. Hybrid Work Schedule: Monday through Wednesday in office, Thursday and Friday remote option. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Client Relationship – Build strong relationships with our largest accounts, understand client objectives, facilitate decision-making processes, proactively communicate, share research and industry trends, confidently advise on proven practices, engage key executives and stakeholders, and introduce transition to account management teams. Project Management – Develop and oversee project scope, deliverables, and timeline; define tasks and resource requirements; assemble project team; schedule activities; coordinate with client and internal members; conduct calls to define expectations and review progress; proactively manage critical path and risks; provide documentation of scope, budget, specifications, and status. Education and/or Experience Project Management Certification and/or a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of project management and group facilitation work‑related experience. Computer familiarity with Microsoft Office products preferred. Key Skills and Qualifications Effective communication & articulate sharing of ideas. Project Management experience.
