responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and coordinate facilities property management projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision, ensuring seamless integration of technical activities.
Act as the primary liaison by presenting proposals and findings to clients, while collaborating closely with management, production, and marketing teams.
Recruit, direct, and evaluate project staff, overseeing their ongoing development to maintain a high level of team competence.
Analyze technology, resources, and market demand to assess project feasibility, while concurrently reviewing, recommending, and approving contracts and cost estimates.
