Business Development Associate – Private Capital Location: New York, NY Employment Type: Full-Time Estimated Compensation: $140,000 – $185,000 total annual compensation (varies by employer) Position Overview Business Development Associates in Private Capital support investment and fundraising teams by identifying prospective investors, maintaining investor relationships, and driving capital commitments. The role combines financial analysis, investor engagement, and market research to expand the firm’s private capital base. These roles often involve close collaboration with senior investment and business development professionals, client relationship teams, and marketing teams to execute fundraising initiatives and support investor communications.
