Administrative Support Specialist — Tech & Customer Ops

Technical Support Engineer – Customer Service & PM Primarily responsible for customer service activities associated with PM, updating, fixing, diagnosing and repairing highly complex equipment at customer sites. Represents the company to the customer, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Technical Support Engineer – Mandarin (Big Data SaaS) Requires professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese. Supports enterprise customers using our big data SaaS platform. Customer‑facing role that resolves complex technical issues, performs troubleshooting, and provides guidance to users. Amazon ITS Support Engineer – IT Services Working in a dynamic, high‑impact environment. Deliver technical support for company IT services, addressing system configuration, troubleshooting, and customer escalations. Production Support Coordinator Provides comprehensive administrative support to production operations and engineering. Collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to manage production schedules and resolve operational issues. Desktop Support Engineer – Sunnyvale, CA Handles desktop and deskside support for users in the Sunnyvale region. Responds to tickets, diagnoses hardware/software issues, documents resolutions, and follows up with customers to confirm problem resolution. Software Engineer – Support Analyst II (Onsite) Based primarily at an HPE office. Provides software support, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of systems. Engages with customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems. Hardware Support – Santa Clara, CA Long‑term contract position. Provides hardware support, diagnostics, and repair for client systems. Coordinates with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify root causes and implement solutions. Manager, Technical Support Engineer (Remote / Multiple Locations) Leads a team of technical support engineers across various locations. Oversees support delivery, performance metrics, and training programs. Ensures quality service and customer satisfaction. Technical Support Engineer – Opplane VLMA Provides essential technical support to enterprise clients and telecom operators managing Mobile Private Networks (MPN). Handles ticket management, troubleshooting, and escalation processes. Desk‑Side Support Engineer – Sunnyvale, CA (Contract) Manages desk‑side support, troubleshooting user issues, and providing guidance. Executes standard solution procedures and document support activities. General Responsibilities / Qualifications Highlights Strong communication, empathy, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to absorb incoming tickets, respond timely, and document solutions. Proficiency in diagnostic tools and technology stacks relevant to the role.
